Andrew Bailey, RPA, FMA, Vice President of Operations
Andrew joined Fortress in 2022. He has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate over his 25 year career in western Canada across the retail, office, development and industrial sectors. His experience includes managerial roles in both leasing and property management with one of Canada’s largest pension funds as well being responsible for real estate at Canada’s largest retail co-operative. He holds professional designations in both property and facility management.
Andrew Fritz, Alberta Area Manager
Andrew started with Fortress in 2007 as construction supervisor with several years experience as a Red Seal journeyman carpenter in the commercial sector. In 2015 he received his Construction Administration Certificate from the U of A Faculty of Extension and attained his BOMI RPA designation in December, 2021. In his current role he oversees the management of more than 25 properties in the city of Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Ryan Glover, Leasing Manager
Ryan joined Fortress in 2012 after working in corporate administration for the University of Saskatchewan. He obtained his B.Comm. with a specialization in finance from the U of S, and has also completed mortgage, money lending, and various anti-fraud regulation courses.
Bree Wilson, Leasing and Operations Specialist
Bree came to Fortress in 2010 after a career in the insurance and financial services industry. She is thorough, organized, and decisive; her dedication to customer service ensures success in her high-pressure and deadline-driven role. In addition to leasing, Bree oversees our administrative team and is responsible for the continuous review and implementation of internal documentation, policies and procedures.
Bradley Redman, Senior Property Manager
Bradley joined Fortress in 2022 as Property Manager. Bradley brings 18 years of property management and executive level experience to his role with Fortress Properties. With a keen focus on customer service and asset management, Bradley oversees the daily management of our Saskatoon and surrounding area properties.
Jason Meginbir, CPA, Chief Accountant
Jason joined Fortress in 2019 as Assistant Chief Accountant and is now responsible for Fortress’s accounting department and management of accounting processes and controls. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and proceeded to obtain CPA designation while in public accounting.
